Quantify respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Quantify’s Web site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources.

Part 1. Our Service

We aggregate marketing and performance data from our customers (“Customers”). When you grant access for Quantify to connect to one of your data sources, you give us access to read, write, store, warehouse, filter, sort, segment, aggregate, pivot, visualize, chart, tabulate that data using proprietary algorithms. Our platform helps Customers and their clients effectively communicate marketing and advertising performance.

Use by Our Service

We use our own service to actively monitor and gauge our own marketing performance. Information that we collect and manage using our service belongs to us and is protected by this Privacy Policy.

Use by Customers

Our Customers use our Service to measure and communicate marketing performance. We does not control our Customer’s website or the information they choose to collect or manage. That information belongs to our Customers and is protected according to their own Privacy Policy. We collect information for our Customers but have no direct relationship or involvement with the personal data collected. Quantify stores Customer data on our service provider’s servers but we do not have control over collection or management of that data. Our service team accesses Customer data as permitted by this Policy or as required by law.

We acknowledge you have a right to access your personal information. Our Customers have ability and responsibility to correct, delete, update information they have collected about you using our service. If you request that we remove data, we will respond within a reasonable time frame.

If you are a client of one of our Customers and would like your data or information removed from our Service, please contact the Customer that you interact with directly.

Part 2. Information Collection

Personal information

Users optionally provide Personally Identifiable contact or business information to us upon registering or completing contact forms. This information includes your name, email address, company name, address, phone number and any other information you provide to us. Personal information may also be collected and stored as part of transactions and billing with our third party payment service.

Visiting our websites

When you visit our websites, you are free to read and learn without providing information about yourself. If you complete a contact form or register, then we may collect your Personal Information. If you purchase our service, then our third-party payment processor may collect additional information required to complete the transaction. We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: IP Address, Browser Version.

We occasionally send email notifications to update you about the Service, resources, events, or promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time if you no longer want to receive these emails.

Cookies and tracking technology

Our Service employs employ cookies, tracking pixels and related technology to provide service to Customers. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Quantify to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do not have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Quantify, our Customers, our marketing Partners (such as advertising networks, call tracking providers, analytics providers, affiliate networks), affiliates and service providers. These technologies are used to analyze trends, target advertising, administer the websites, track user movements within the site and gather demographic data about our user base. We may get reports from these technologies on an individual or aggregated basis. We have no methods in place to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser.

Our cookies remember user settings, authentication and analytics. Users can control / delete / reject their cookies at their own individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site but access may be limited.

Log file information

When you visit our website, log file information is reported by your browser each time you access a new page or your browser sends information to your server. These logs may include referring/exit pages and URLs, IP address, Browser type, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and other information. This information is not linked to Personal Information.

Additionally, the Service records certain events as you routinely use the Service, such as the time/date and success/failure status of events including report generated, reports delivered, data imported, data written, users logging in, users logging out and other common events. This information is used to improve Service robustness and debug performance issues.

Behavioral targeting / Re-targeting

We partner with third parties and ad networks to advertise our sites. Our third parties may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activity on this site and other sites in order to target advertising to you based on your browsing activity and interests. You may “opt out” of collecting this information by actively managing your browser settings on your computer or mobile device. Refer to your browser’s or mobile device’s technical manual for instructions on deleting and disabling tracking methodology.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to, nor can we control the activities of, third party ad servers and ad networks. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of such ad networks and ad servers for more information.

Google API Services: User Data Policy

This application accesses Google user data through programmatic API connections. Users may revoke access at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions , selecting Quantify, and clicking “Remove Access”.

Google Analytics – This application accesses Google Analytics though programmatic API calls. Data is used to produce user-requested reports. Data is stored in User-generated reports, which are archived on the application cloud server. Data may be removed from the application by the User himself/herself in the application -or- by making a written request to the User’s account manager to delete any such Data. Data is shared when a user shares a report with a client or colleague – this application does not share Google data with any unauthorized persons or institutions.

Google Ads – This application accesses Google Ads though programmatic API calls. Data is used to produce user-requested reports and for campaign management requests initiated by the Users. Data is stored in User-generated reports and on a secure cloud database. Data may be removed by the User himself/herself in the application -or- by making a written request to the User’s account manager to delete any such Data. Data is shared when a user shares a report with a client or colleague – this application does not share Google data with any unauthorized persons or institutions.

Part 3. Information Usage

The information collected by our Website will be used for improving our site and marketing. Users who provide information may receive email announcements and advertisements about site services.

Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to opt out of these types of communications.

Personal information

We will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others. We may store Personal Information in locations outside of our direct control (servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Any Personal Information you elect to make publicly available on the service (such as comments on our blog or public technical support forum) will be available to others. If you request to remove this information, copies may still remain viewable in cached or archived pages of the Service on third party websites, or if others have copied or saved that information. If you wish to have public user information removed, please contact us.

Credit card information

If you supplied credit card information, we use it solely to collect payment from you. We use a third party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider has their own policies and procedures for storing, retaining, and using information that you provide to them.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, browser types, number of visits, etc) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns of our Service. Non-personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.

Part 4. Retention of Personal Information

We retain Personal Information that you provide to us for as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about our Service, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, and then we securely delete the information. We may delete this information earlier if you request to Opt Our or Unsubscribe. If you provided information to our Customers as part of their use of the Service, then our Customers decide how long to retain your information. If a Customer terminates Service, then you may lose access to information for export, according to our agreement with our Customer. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all Customer information, including your Personal Information from the Service.

Part 5. Instances where we are required to share your information

We will disclose your information when required to do so by law or subpoena. This includes instances where we reasonably believe action is necessary to comply with law, to protect the security or integrity of the service, or to protect the rights of us and our Users.

Part 6. Storage and processing

Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we or our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or service providers maintain facilities. We may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, to affiliate entities or other third parties across international borders around the world. Reviewing, correcting and removing Personal Information

Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information. If you provide us with your Personal Information, we have to following rights with respect to that information:

  • to request that we correct any errors, outdated information or omissions in the information
  • to request that your user information my not be used to contact you
  • to request that your user information be removed from any solicitation list that we use
  • to request that your user information be deleted from our records
  • to opt out of being solicited by us

To Unsubscribe from our communications

You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of our emails or by sending a request through our website contact form. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transaction emails related to their account with us or the Service.

Part 10. Children’s Privacy

We do not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information. If we learn that we collected information from a child under age 13, we delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we have information from someone under age 13 then please contact us through our website contact form.

Part 11. Links to other websites

We are not responsible for the practices employed by services or websites linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. When you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third party website or service, including those that have a link or advertising on our website, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies.

Part 12. Social media widgets

Our website may include Social Media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, such as the share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
